CHECK-IN TIME
Check-in begins at 2:00 p.m.
Early check-in may be accommodated, subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.
CHECK-OUT TIME
Check-out is at 12 Noon.
Room check-out is scheduled for 12 Noon. Late departures may incur additional charges for the day.
FREE WIFI ACCESS
Complimentary Wi-Fi access is provided in all rooms and suites.
Wi-Fi is also available free of charge in all public areas.
FREE PARKING
Ample parking space is provided at no extra cost for hotel guests.
ROOM KEYS
Room keys issued to registered guests must be returned to reception upon check-out.
A valid passport or ID is required for key replacement in case of loss.
BREAKFAST
Hotel guests enjoy a complimentary breakfast during their stay.
In-house discounts on room rates do not include complimentary breakfast.

Available from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
A comprehensive in-room menu is available throughout the day for guests' convenience.

Daily complimentary breakfast for guests is served from 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. in the restaurant.

PAYMENT METHOD
All reservations and registrations must be guaranteed with a valid credit/debit card and a valid Identity Card.
A 30% nonrefundable booking deposit is required to secure a reservation.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
Credit cards must be signed by the cardholder to be valid.
CANCELATION
Cancellation of bookings results in forfeiture of the deposit fee paid.
In exceptional cases, in-house reservations may be rescheduled, not exceeding 21 days.
No refunds are permitted.
NO SHOW CHARGES
Failure to arrive on the scheduled arrival date for a reservation results in forfeiture of the deposit fee.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY
Maximum occupancy for all rooms, except the Family Quadruple, is 2 adults and 1 child.
The Family Quadruple room accommodates a maximum of 4 adults, 2 adults with 4 children, or 3 adults with 2 children.
A child is defined as an individual under the age of 15.
Exceeding the maximum occupancy may require renting additional rooms or departure from the hotel.
HOUSE KEEPING
Housekeeping services are provided daily between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
During peak seasons, housekeeping may commence as early as 6:00 a.m.
Exceeding the maximum occupancy may require renting additional rooms or departure from the hotel.
Linens are changed on a rotating schedule for guests staying multiple nights.
Fresh towels are provided daily, with used towels exchanged for fresh ones.
FIRE SAFETY POLICY
The hotel is equipped with smoke detectors and provides fire safety information in guest room notebooks.
Emergency evacuation plans are posted on the door of each guest room.
QUIET HOURS
24:00 to 06:00 hrs.
Guests are requested to maintain a low and respectful noise level during quiet hours.
Doors should be opened and closed quietly, and gatherings or running in the corridors are prohibited.
